Way to hell

No parent whatsoever should ever, ever have to bury their own child. Nobody deserves to die before they've even had a chance to live their life. You were just 15 years old, I barely knew you, but you were so young. To have been hit by a car and left behind to die... If only that person stayed, if they stayed maybe you'd still be here with us today at this moment. People wouldn't be crowding at the beach to have your memorial. Teachers wouldn't have walked out of classrooms crying today, nor would have students. The bathrooms wouldn't have been full of emotional girls trying to hide their tears. The guidance office wouldn't have been full of students waiting to talk about their feelings. People wouldn't be in mourning right now. You're parents would be living their daily lives rather than planning their sons funeral. Nothing is right about the events that took place today...
When I went to school today I had already heard about the accident, I knew that a man was hit on Brookpark road; how was I supposed to know it was a guy so close to us all. From what I knew it was a man between the age of 18 and 23, but it ended up being a fifteen year old from our school. Going into the building today we all knew something was wrong. It's out of the ordinary to see the principles walking around, and our schools police officer keeping an eye on everyone; something just wasn't right. To know that another boy from our school died is unbelievable. It was just a couple years ago that the same announcement was made to the students at our school, and now it's happening all over again. Death is a normal thing, it happens and people need to learn to deal with it. But death of a fifteen year old is not a normal thing, especially when it comes to unnatural causes. He was hit by a damn car and the driver didn't even have the consideration to call the cops and rat themselves out. Goes to show how selfish the people in our society have become. Rather than turning yourself in for hitting a boy crossing the street, you leave the scene and let him die. For all that person knows, they may not have even gotten in much trouble... If the boy was j-walking, or ran out in front of the car, then it's not exactly the drivers fault. If they wouldn't taken the chance to call, maybe their punishment would've been less severe because they showed that the child they hit is more important than them self. But that wasn't the case, they ran, they left the scene out of their own selfish and possibly drunk thoughts. I don't care if they were drunk, if they get caught that person too deserves to die. Not only die, but suffer into their death. He was left in the middle of the road suffering, the last ten minutes of his life were probably filled with the most pain he's ever felt, who's to say that the culprit doesn't deserve that as well. They take a life; they give their life, simple as that. They could've saved him by making that simple call to 911, and decided not to. Inconsiderate person. That's all I have to say. I hope the boy who passed away last night lives happily in heaven. I hope his family the best of luck in their time of suffering. I wish all of his friends the best times possible while they heal. Most of all, I hope that the person who did this is soon on their way to hell.
